I grew up on the internet doing what looked like it worked: the script the internet hands girls. it made me zero dollars and cost me things money doesn't measure. what changed wasn't confidence. it was agency (which turned out to be a skill, not a trait) and then infrastructure, so the agency didn't have to be heroic every day. everything I build now (this room, the tools, the network) is built from that: the same tools they used on people like us, picked up and pointed the other way.
From groomed, to agentic.
the same tools they used on people like us, picked up and pointed the other way.
with honors in neuroscience and computational & systems biology, at the #1 public university in america.
and because I studied neuroscience, the room takes the human as seriously as the machine. capacity, regulation, the days you can't. the machine exists so the human gets to be human. that's the whole point of it.
I don't say that for sympathy. every system in this room exists because the standard advice assumed a person I'm not.
-
neurodivergent
procedures over willpower isn't an accommodation here. it's the method.
-
marginalized
the terrain is hostile, and we name it, then answer it with infrastructure you own.
-
carrying heavy histories
the days you can't are assumed, not penalized, and where treatment belongs, we say so plainly.
not for you if you're curious but happy figuring it out alone.
the room is one part of a wider universe: all built from the same hands, in the open.
-
likeu
a tool from the same universe.

SlowBurn Network being built, openly
the network: being built, openly.
Build yours.
the operators room is where I teach you to build the infrastructure this whole story is built on.
